Preface:
The Greater Fort Lauderdale Capital Access Summit was convened to address one of the region’s most pressing economic challenges: ensuring that all entrepreneurs—especially minority, women, and locally owned businesses—have equitable access to the capital, technical assistance, and opportunity needed to grow and thrive. Organized under the leadership of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Racial Equity Council, the Summit brought together a broad cross-section of leaders from finance, community development, government, and the private sector to begin charting a path toward a more inclusive local financial ecosystem.
